Project Overview

PUrbanGreen collaborated with papamoa homeowners Lynette and Clint to turn their small courtyard into a stylish pool and entertaining space. The works involved obtaining consents, completing site preparation and dig-out, placing the pool, constructing concrete paths and patios and Kwila decking, and installing pool fencing and gates, alongside other finishing works such as a custom pump shed.

Challenges & Solutions

Limited space for the pool and its accompanying lounging areas posed the greatest challenge, one that UrbanGreen met by positioning the pool so as to maximise the site’s footprint.

Project Outcome

Set in a private courtyard, the pool sits alongside ample lounging spaces while offering superb indoor-outdoor flow. Thoughtful and practical design made it possible for such a tricky and small empty space to be transformed into a resort-style retreat for relaxation and for entertaining.
